A Monsey man who was arrested and charged with sexually abusing a teenage boy seven times in july 2011 has been sentenced to ninety days in county jail for violating his court ordered ten- year probation. According to state Supreme Court Justice William Kelly, Moishe Turner needed jail time, but still needs to be on probation to better protect the children in his area. In July 2013 Turner attended a wedding at the Viznitz Girls School, which children, including his victim, were also attending. He also failed to inform his probation officer of the car that he was driving. Turner has the chance to be released from jail after sixty days for good behavior.
